UN announces 800,000 displaced Lebanese returning home

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has reported that over 800,000 individuals displaced by the conflict in Lebanon have begun returning to their hometowns. The movement of 821,077 people commenced on July 30 following a period of reduced violence in the ongoing war between Israel and Hezbollah.
