A 18-month-old child died in Miami-Dade, Florida, after ingesting a lethal combination of fentanyl and cocaine. Following the incident, local authorities arrested the child's mother, identified as Pearlanderia Elzasha, on August 21. The investigation into the circumstances of the toddler's death is being conducted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
