Addressing the court, Domínguez stated that Maradona’s primary physician, Leopoldo Luque, failed to visit the patient regularly despite the necessity of such care. The testimony was presented as part of the final witness statements requested by the prosecution.

In addition to his criticisms of the medical oversight, Domínguez provided accounts of Maradona's final days, noting that the former player specifically requested to see Luque. The witness also disclosed an instance in which Maradona left his home-based medical care facility, offering further insight into the conditions surrounding the athlete's final period of life.
