An armed confrontation between the criminal gangs Los Choneros and Los Lobos left four dead in Ecuador

At least four people, including a minor, were killed during a series of coordinated attacks in the Los Ríos province of Ecuador early Saturday morning. Authorities attribute the violence to an ongoing confrontation between the criminal organizations known as Los Lobos and Los Choneros.
