Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman and influencer, died on March 6 following a penile enlargement procedure performed in Thailand. A recent forensic investigation in London determined that the cause of death was a pulmonary embolism resulting from the surgery.

The case has returned to public attention six months after the event due to the release of the official findings from the British medical examiner. The investigation links the fatal complication directly to the elective procedure conducted abroad.
