Una anciana fallecida y 100 hectáreas de vegetación consumidas por incendio en sur de Perú

An elderly woman has died and at least 100 hectares of natural vegetation have been destroyed in an ongoing wildfire in southern Peru. The incident occurred in the Totorani sector of the Puno region.

The fire broke out on Sunday and remains active despite intervention efforts by the General Corps of Firefighters.
