A migrant woman who previously addressed Pope Francis in Arguineguín is currently stranded in Senegal. She has been unable to return to the Canary Islands for nearly two months while awaiting a visa, despite having resided in the archipelago since 2019. Two of her children remain in the Canary Islands while she is blocked abroad.
