Putin’s United Russia wins record 355 seats in parliament, says election chief

President Vladimir Putin’s United Russia party has secured a record 355 seats in the Russian parliament following the conclusion of national elections. With 95% of ballots counted, election officials reported that the pro-Kremlin party received 57.83% of the party-list vote, solidifying its parliamentary majority.
