Young men were kidnapped and tortured for seven hours after being lured with false job offers in Bogotá: “Suffocating him with a bag”

Five individuals suspected of belonging to the criminal organization Los Chagüendo were arrested by the Colombian Prosecutor's Office in connection with the kidnapping and torture of several young people in Bogotá. The victims were lured through fraudulent job offers before being held captive for seven hours.

During the ordeal, the victims endured severe physical abuse, including being suffocated with plastic bags. Authorities recently released these details regarding the group's criminal modus operandi three days after the initial apprehension of the suspects.
