A former US Army soldier protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been arrested in New York after allegedly setting off fireworks, lighting a fire and shooting a pellet gun outside a federal office building. Andrew Arrabaca, 43, was armed with two axes, a machete, three knives and fireworks, says the FBI.
