Utomi faces backlash over defence of Kila despite academic credentials controversy

Nigerian public intellectual and politician Pat Utomi is facing severe backlash following his public defense of Anthony Kila, whose academic credentials have been called into question due to evidence suggesting they are falsified.

Critics of the defense have insisted that Kila must produce verifiable proof of his qualifications instead of deflecting the controversy by relying on subjective arguments regarding his intelligence and personal character.
