Vice President JD Vance announces new meatpacking grants during Topeka campaign rally

Vice President Vance announced on Monday that the Agriculture Department is investing $57 million in new grants directed toward meatpacking facilities.

The announcement was made while Vance was campaigning in Kansas for Senator Roger Marshall. Specifically, the funds are slated to support 10 meatpacking facilities within the state.
