Residents evacuated from Benahavís (Málaga) return to their homes and the A-7175 road is reopened

Authorities have permitted 50 residents evacuated from the Montemayor Alto urbanisation in Benahavís, Málaga, to return to their homes following a precautionary displacement due to a local wildfire. Antonio Sanz, the Minister of Presidency, Health and Emergencies of the Regional Government of Andalusia, announced the developments at midnight.

Alongside the authorization for residents to return, officials confirmed the reopening of the A-7175 road, which had been affected by the emergency measures implemented to handle the fire incident.
