Venezuela dice que "no es suficiente" la flexibilización de sanciones y pide el cese total

Venezuelan Minister of Hydrocarbons Paula Henao stated on Thursday that the easing of international sanctions implemented this year is insufficient. During her remarks, Henao formally requested the total cessation of all sanctions currently imposed on the country.

The demand follows a period of closer diplomatic engagement between Caracas and the United States. The Venezuelan government maintains that the current level of sanctions relief does not meet its requirements for economic normalization.
