Internet service was restored for Verizon customers Sunday night after an act of vandalism caused outages across Southern California, the company said. The alleged vandalism damaged fiber lines, affecting wireless internet service in the greater Los Angeles area. A Verizon spokesperson told KTLA that service was fully restored around 7:30 p.m.
