Mercedes Formula 1 team boss Toto Wolff has stated that a future move for Max Verstappen to his team remains a possibility, despite Verstappen having committed to Red Bull until the end of 2030 last week.

While the long-term contract secures the Dutch driver's immediate future with Red Bull, Wolff suggested that the dynamic within the sport could shift significantly in the coming years. According to the Mercedes team principal, the current circumstances are not a permanent barrier, noting that the situation could change within two or three years.
