Naval High School Case: Alleged attempted sexual assault inside Maranguita would be retaliation for statements made by the new victim

A judge in Sonora, Mexico, has formally bound Luis Fernando “N”, known as “El Güicho”, to trial for the aggravated illegal deprivation of freedom of a woman. The legal action follows an investigation conducted by the General Fiscalía of Justice of the State of Sonora (FG).

According to the case details, the suspect allegedly detained and kept the female victim sleep-deprived and kidnapped for a duration of nearly two days within the state.
