Ceuta gives higher figures than the Government and asks for “help” while denying the collaboration of Morocco, which “is not a reliable country” and “does not recognize the sovereignty of Ceuta”

Vivas has publicly requested assistance from the central government, citing a critical lack of resources to manage the current population levels.
