Volusia sheriff questions Deltona e-bike ordinance, says deputies will follow state law

A new Deltona ordinance banning e-bikes, motorized scooters and mopeds for anyone under 18 may be on the books, but the Volusia County Sheriff's Office has no current plans to enforce it.
