VP Ndejembi hails maternal and newborn health services at Mount Meru Hospital

Vice President Deogratius Ndejembi visited the Mount Meru Regional Referral Hospital in Arusha, Tanzania, to evaluate healthcare service delivery. During his visit, the Vice President commended the quality of maternal and newborn health services provided at the facility.

In addition to assessing the general provision of care, the Vice President used the visit to directly engage with patients and hospital staff. The purpose of these interactions was to listen to and understand the various operational challenges being faced on the ground.
