Wanda Camilo takes over the Dominican National Folkloric Ballet

The Dirección General de Bellas Artes in the Dominican Republic has announced the appointment of prominent dancer and choreographer Wanda Camilo as the new director of the Ballet Folklórico Nacional Dominicano.

Marianela Sallent, the general director of Bellas Artes, made the announcement regarding Camilo taking over leadership of the national folkloric ballet company.
