Pennsylvania man allegedly obtains rifle, ammunition in support of ISIS terror plot

A 20-year-old Western Pennsylvania man is facing a federal charge after allegedly obtaining a firearm and ammunition that investigators say he knew — or had reason to believe — would be used in support of a terrorist attack on behalf of ISIS.
