WHIRLPOOL: Swimming icon Tatjana Smith issues demand to Swimming SA over prize money dispute

Olympic swimming champion Tatjana Smith has issued a formal letter of demand to Swimming South Africa. The legal action centers on a dispute over competition prize money that was allegedly withheld for more than a year.

In her demand, Smith is specifically seeking the payment of interest that was allegedly retained by the sporting body during the prolonged period the funds were held.
