Wisconsin parent cited after alarming incident at Wisconsin youth football game

A Milwaukee man was cited after police said he walked onto a youth football field and tripped a 9-year-old player who was racing toward the end zone during a game in southeastern Wisconsin. The child was not injured, authorities said, WISN reported.
