Woman abused by man in Budapest in broad daylight, authorities do nothing

A woman was allegedly assaulted by her former partner near Budapest’s Lehel Square in a public, daytime incident. According to reports, the man pinned the victim against a wall and strangled her before two bystanders intervened to assist the woman.
