Woman arrested over child abuse in Hong Kong after dashcam video shows boy shoved

A 44-year-old woman was arrested in Hong Kong’s Western district on Friday afternoon on suspicion of child abuse. The arrest followed the circulation of dashcam footage that allegedly captured the woman shoving a young boy into a roadside railing.
