Woman and baby die after vessel overturns in New York harbor

A 27-year-old woman and a 5-month-old baby girl died Saturday night after a vessel overturned in New York Harbor. Emergency responders transported both victims to a hospital in critical condition, where they were declared dead upon arrival.
