A woman has been missing in the Bay of Islands for the past two weeks, police say. A 36-year-old Cleveland resident wanted on a warrant was charged with drug possession, carrying weapons, OVI suspension, drug paraphernalia, open container and escape for not returning to police custody after being discharged from the hospital. On July 19, a caller reported two women fighting, and one was in a chokehold.
One person was arrested and charged with assault and 911 interference and was transported to Strongsville Jail. Three people were arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business after a disturbance on July 8.
