MENTOR, Ohio — A Painesville woman was seriously injured Monday when she was ejected from her vehicle after it was struck by a tractor-trailer.According to a news release, the 35-year-old woman was flown by helicopter to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. Her identity was not released and no information on her condition was available Monday night.
