Wrongful death lawsuit: Patient died after contracting Legionnaires’ disease at local hospital

A moratorium was placed on patient admissions at a mental health center in Bartow after a patient died last month. UPMC Mercy Hospital is being sued by a Jefferson Hills woman who says her husband contracted and died from Legionnaires’ disease while a patient.
