WRU names businessman Faulkner as new chair

The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) has announced that businessman Lyndon Faulkner will become its new chair. Faulkner is set to officially assume the role during the organization's annual general meeting, which is scheduled for 22 November.

Faulkner holds a notable family connection to the sport within the region, being the nephew of Welsh rugby legend Charlie Faulkner.
