NewzEmily Osment, a star of the television series Young Sheldon, requested the presence of an intimacy coordinator during production due to concerns regarding the age gap between herself and co-star Montana Jordan. Osment expressed discomfort with the dynamic, noting that Jordan was significantly younger than her during the filming of the show.
These details were revealed in a new book by author Jessica Radloff, which chronicles the production history of the series. Although the show did not feature explicit sex scenes, Osment sought the professional support to navigate the professional boundary between the two actors.
