NewzGovernment says it has significantly improved the education sector through several interventions. Ministry of Education Permanent Secretary for Technical Services, Kelvin Mambwe, says this progress has been demonstrated by the latest Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) results released by the Organisation for Economic Co‑operation and Development (OECD), in which Zambia outperformed several participating countries.
