Mnangagwa declares State of Disaster as Lake Kariba ferry death toll rises to 44

At least 44 people drowned following the capsize of an overcrowded government ferry on Zimbabwe's Lake Kariba. Police confirmed the updated death toll on Wednesday, a day after the disaster occurred.
