NewzA New York man charged over his alleged involvement in a now-viral party brawl where two teenagers were injured has been ordered to hand over his travel documents after receiving a $1 million bail offer, police say. The accused, 43-year-old Dave Taylor, is a resident of Hartsdale Road, New York in the United States. Taylor, who has been charged with unlawful wounding, was allegedly identified as one of the men who took part in the Zimi Seh Beach brawl that left two teenagers bleeding profusely.
In multiple clips shared of the incident, the boys can be seen in an altercation with a group of, seemingly adult, men who continue to kick, punch and hit the teens even as one of the boys can be seen backing away and holding up his hands. He was subsequently arrested while trying to flee the country. He was placed on an identification parade and was pointed out and later charged.
Taylor was granted bail on Thursday. and as part of his bail conditions, Taylor was ordered to surrender all travel documents and warned not to interfere with any witnesses. He is also required to report to the Constant Spring Police Station weekly.
