A spokesperson for Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg stated that the crew of his yacht did not hear an initial radio call for maritime assistance from a small skiff that had run out of fuel off the coast of Alaska. According to the representative, another nearby vessel had already provided help by the time Zuckerberg's crew became aware of the situation.

The incident involves a distress call issued in Alaskan waters where the small craft experienced fuel exhaustion. While the yacht was in the vicinity, the spokesperson clarified that the crew missed the initial distress broadcast and was not involved in the rescue operation.
