584 dead in massive flood in Nepal

A massive landslide occurred on Wednesday in northern Nepal near the Chinese border, resulting in a significant loss of life. According to an updated report from Nepali emergency management authorities, at least 579 people have died within Nepal. Additionally, Chinese authorities have confirmed five fatalities on their side of the border, bringing the total death toll to 584.
