60,000 migrants poured into Spain from Morocco, Ceuta's president says, but many already left

According to the president of Ceuta, 60,000 migrants have flooded the small Spanish territory from Morocco since Thursday. Most voluntarily left the territory amid shortages of food, water and shelter, but thousands remained. Spain's prime minister called it an attack.
