The City Council of Las Gabias, located in Granada, Spain, has concluded emergency reinforcement work on six residential blocks that were evacuated the previous Tuesday. The completion of these stabilization efforts marks the finalization of the structural intervention phase for the 371 affected homes.

Following the conclusion of the construction work, municipal authorities have initiated the necessary technical checks and safety inspections. These evaluations are a mandatory preliminary step to ensure the structural integrity of the buildings before approximately 600 displaced residents are permitted to return to their homes.
