Albares sees "harmony" between Vivas and Imbroda after passing on to them the package to Europeanize Ceuta and Melilla

Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs José Manuel Albares held discussions on Wednesday with the presidents of Ceuta and Melilla, Juan Jesús Vivas and Juan José Imbroda, to communicate the central government's plan to further integrate the two autonomous cities into the European Union.

The initiative involves a specific package of measures designed by the government to place Ceuta and Melilla into what officials describe as the "center" of Europe, often referred to as efforts to "europeize" the territories. According to the Foreign Minister, both regional presidents showed a receptive attitude and strong alignment during the talks regarding the proposed strategy.
