Alcalde de Barcelona aboga por eliminar el uso de la vivienda como inversión o turístico

Barcelona mayor Jaume Collboni advocated for the elimination of housing's use as an investment or for tourism purposes during a statement on September 30.

Collboni argued that removing these speculative and tourist-oriented uses is necessary to guarantee public access to housing for residents.

The mayor noted that this policy objective aligns with measures recently approved via decrees by the Council of Ministers.
