NewzAn Amber Alert was issued as authorities search for a woman who reportedly abducted a 9-month-old girl in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The child, Nylah Austin, was last seen with the suspect, Kennisha Austin, 29, on Oct. Bonnie Brae streets, according to the California Highway Patrol.
