Authorities dismantle a network of cameras allegedly used by criminal organizations in Honduras

The Military Police of Public Order in Honduras conducted an operation to dismantle a network of over 45 surveillance cameras allegedly utilized by criminal organizations. The devices were removed from various locations across the municipalities of San Pedro Sula and La Lima, situated in the department of Cortés.

Authorities report that these cameras were strategically placed by criminal groups to monitor their respective areas of operation. The intervention is part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement to disrupt the logistical capabilities of these structures within the region.
