Baby Jose returns to Alberta nearly 30 years after life-saving surgery

Nearly 30 years after undergoing life-saving heart surgery in Edmonton, a man identified as Baby Jose has returned to Alberta alongside his family to express their gratitude.

In the late 1990s, the advocacy organization Inclusion Alberta facilitated the journey that brought Jose Robles from Panama to Canada for the critical medical procedure.
