“Nino Dólar” case goes to traffic court

The legal case involving Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, widely known as "Nino Dólar," has been officially transferred to a traffic court. The decision was handed down by Rigoberto Sena, the Permanent Attention Judge of the National District.

The proceedings stem from a fatal incident in which an SUV, allegedly driven by Troche Rodríguez, struck and killed two individuals traveling on a motorcycle. Following the preliminary judicial review, the case was formally declined by the initial magistrate and reassigned to the specialized traffic jurisdiction.
