Ceuta grapples with aftermath of border surge after most migrants leave the Spanish territory

Spanish officials report that nearly all of the more than 50,000 migrants who breached the border into Ceuta this week have now returned to Morocco. The mass crossing resulted in at least 72 fatalities during the border rush.
