Colombia scrambles to find survivors as quake kills 169

A powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck Colombia's western region early Tuesday, marking the country's strongest seismic event in a decade. The disaster resulted in at least 169 fatalities and injured more than 600 people, while smashing dozens of buildings across the affected cities.
