Council of Representatives of Verón-Punta Cana conditions approval of the POT

The Council of Councilmen of the Verón-Punta Cana Municipal District has conditioned its approval of the Territorial Ordering Plan (POT) on the execution of technical verifications. This requirement focuses specifically on the La Ceiba-El Salado community.

The condition was established due to ongoing questions and concerns surrounding the land classification within that specific area, delaying the final implementation of the zoning and territorial plan until these technical reviews are completed.
