Costa Rican authorities arrested a Lithuanian man at the Juan Santamaría International Airport in Alajuela after discovering more than three kilos of cocaine hidden inside his luggage.

The illicit drugs were concealed within material disguised as fax paper, according to the available reports of the operation.
