Members of Parliament accumulate streaks of absences without any control

During the legislative session that concluded on July 26 in the Dominican Republic, members of the Chamber of Deputies recorded frequent absences from legislative sessions. In several instances, these absences formed extended, consecutive streaks, all of which were officially registered with excuses.
